Mission

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Project feasibility study phase, key technical contact with the customer to understand the customer technical requirements, then to propose the right battery system solution which comply with the customer requirements and relevant regulations.
• According to the product requirements, define the product specification, coordinate with other departments to develop and validate the battery system.
• As key technical contact to follow up all the technical points and product validation at the customer side.
• Support the battery system integration into the vehicles once the battery prototype is delivered.
• Lead product development team to conduct product design review internally and externally according to the product development procedure.
• Guide the product development to ensure that mechanical, thermal, electronic and electric design complies with the technical requirements.
• In charge to write the relevant document for battery system development: product specification, user manual and summary report.
• All the duties as assigned by superior and management.

Profile

⚡ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Good at English, including reading, writing and speaking.
• Bachelor degree or above with 3+ years battery system design experience
• Good knowledge on mechanical, thermal, electronic engineering
• Experience from battery or BMS industry preferred
• Strong ability on problem solving.
• Strong goal oriented and sense of ownership
• Well-organized and cooperated, effective communication skill
