Job Description:
In the midst of expansion, we are currently seeking a talented and passionate Supplier Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for a better impact and ensuring our energy future.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading supplier selection through robust qualification processes.
- Evaluating supplier capabilities, both new and existing, to meet product, cost, quality, capacity, and execution requirements.
- Implementing improvements using Lean methodologies, supplier assessment cards, and supplier audits.
- Monitoring key performance indicators of strategic suppliers based on evaluations and rankings.
- Developing positive relationships and working closely with the purchasing department to manage, implement, and monitor suppliers, design changes, capacity studies, new product introductions, and transfers.
- Achieving measurable results through key indicators such as supplier performance, costs, defect rates, engagement, and effectiveness of supplier quality plans.
