Job Description
Currently expanding, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate After-Sales Service Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Under the responsibility of the After-Sales Service Coordinator, the After-Sales Service Assistant is responsible for handling customer complaints. You are the first point of contact for customer complaints received by phone or email and must ensure the follow-up of open files until their closure.
You will need to:
Organize, track, and prioritize customer complaints received in the generic mailbox or via a ticketing tool:
- Ensure the processing of the mailbox and/or ticketing tool and ensure that all required information is available to process the customer’s request.
- Based on the information provided, perform a pre-diagnosis and prioritize the customer complaint in order to propose an appropriate solution (repair, scheduling a technician on-site, etc.).
- Report customer complaints to the manager when the processing time exceeds the expected ‘standard’ processing time.
Enter customer after-sales service orders:
- Enter after-sales service orders for sending repaired products to customers or shipping free or paid spare parts.
- Enter the necessary proformas to organize the shipment of products under warranty.
In the context of billable service processing:
- Prepare after-sales service quotations (on-site repair, spare parts sales, training, etc.).
- Invoice after-sales service.

Profile

Graduated from a Bac+2 program in administrative management (ADV, commerce, after-sales service) with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
