Mission

JOB DESCRIPTION

In full expansion, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for a better impact and securing our energy future.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Product definition

• For each targeted segment, analyze market trends (size, growth), players to be addressed, competition, applicable standards, competitors’ products and technical innovations.
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of customer requirements.
• Define a coherent line of Standard Products, based on a “Platform” approach, enabling a competitive response to market needs.
• Draw up specifications, a business plan and an analysis of competitive advantages for each product, and submit the product to the Product Committee for approval.
• Consolidate and maintain the product line roadmap and costs.
• Carry out an analysis of existing technological bricks (Li-ion cell roadmap, BMS, etc.), and provide the R&D team with a vision of the technological bricks to be developed.

Product development follow-up

• Coordinate the technical pre-study phase and the selection of key components (lithium-ion cells, BMS, etc.) to ensure a coherent platform approach.
• Monitor product development phases, ensuring that cost, performance and schedule objectives are met.
• Ensure that technical feedback from customers is taken into account by the project team.

Elaboration des outils marketing

• Coordinate the development of product brochures and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the definition of marketing communications.
• Define the value proposition and competitive advantages of different products.

Sales team support

• Train sales teams on the roadmap and new products.
• Present the roadmap and promote products to customers as and when required.
• Help sales teams prepare RFI/RFQ responses and sales pitches.
• Provide a first-level technical response to any product-related question (internal product referent).

Profil

• Good knowledge of the heavy vehicle market (buses, trucks and/or construction equipment).
• Product marketing experience.

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork, proactivity.
• Technical skills appreciated.

You have previous experience as a Product Manager.

A graduate of an engineering school, you have at least 5 to 7 years’ experience, ideally in the field of batteries or heavy vehicles.
