JOB DESCRIPTION
In full expansion, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Group ERP Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Forsee Power’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Additionally, you will lead the ERP deployment in Forsee Power entities in China, Japan, the United States, and India.
In this role, you will:
Strategy and Vision:
- Define and communicate the strategy and vision to align with the organization’s group business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the ERP and increase stakeholder satisfaction.
Needs Gathering:
- Collaborate with various units and functions within the company to collect and document system requirements.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business needs and end-user feedback.
Roadmap Development:
- Create and maintain the group’s ERP roadmap, describing the system’s development plan over time (3-4 years).
- Ensure alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and upcoming releases.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the system meets functional and performance requirements.
Data Management:
- Oversee data quality and data integration initiatives within the ERP.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or other relevant regulations.
User Training and Adoption:
- Develop documents and training programs for end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
- Provide ongoing support to address user concerns and issues.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about system enhancements.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with software vendors or service providers to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to ERP system development, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
