Job Description:

In full expansion, we are currently seeking a talented and passionate Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing battery systems at Forsee Power’s client locations.

The installed products primarily cater to the following sectors: buses, small vehicles, and rail.

In your role, you will:

• Perform preventive maintenance and retrofit campaigns (hardware and software) as per Forsee Power’s formalized instructions.
• Diagnose and carry out repairs on battery fleets at client sites when incidents require.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents required for interventions (repair reports, quality documents, client fleet status).
• Raise service claims to improve product performance/quality.
• Manage technical hotlines in coordination with the aftermarket department and propose activity improvement solutions.
• Assist in repairs on products returned to the factory (occasional).
• Adhere to processes and safety rules.
• Represent Forsee Power at client sites (especially during disputes or technical meetings).

Profile:

⚡ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong knowledge of electronics/electrotechnics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical and/or electronic equipment.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Autonomy in organizing your travels.
• Electrical authorization.
• Understanding of BUS architecture and BUS-related failure modes (implementation of dataloggers, etc.).
• Knowledge of batteries would be a plus.
