Mission

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Analysis tomorrow’s market demands and technical trends of BMS in the related application markets (light EV/Off-highway Vehicles…)
  • Define the specifications and standards for the next generation BMS based on market requirements.
  • During BMS development phase, follow up BMS development progress and validation, ensure the developed BMS fulfill customer requirements.
  • Responsible for the pre-research and development of BMS software and hardware. and formulate the related requirements and control strategies of BMS software and hardware.
  • All the duties as assigned by superior and management.

Profile

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • Bachelor degree of engineering or above,major in electronics/computer/communication/control engineering/automation is preferred;
  • 3 years working experience above in BMS development.
  • Familiar with the principle of BMS hardware structure, familiar with the general AFE characteristics (such as TI, LTC, etc.) and application scenarios.
  • Familiar with BMS specific control strategy, familiar with the characteristics of batteries with different chemical compositions to formulate SOX related algorithms.
  • Familiar with CAN, UART, SPI, I2C and other communications.
  • Fluent English in reading and writing, speaking is plus.
