Mission
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Customer Quality to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Organize and lead team members investigate, solve all customer complaint issues.
- Lead and ensure preventive actions were established according to customer complaint issues.
- Be part of the NPI team to review / verify / validate the new components to insure safe, quality transfer of new product to production.
- Creating the quality relevant documentations for customer complaint relevant activities.
- Visit customer site for kindly support solve customer site quality issue.
- Keep good relationship with customer and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Involve and organize team understand quality standard, Spec, standard, and transfer company standard document.
- Leader and push close all the 8D of customer complaint.
- Lead and push reduce customer complaint and return.
- Follow up the relevant job superior/manager assigned.
You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for a better impact and securing our energy future.
Profile
⚡ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- College or Bachelor’s degree, major related to mechanical / electronic.
- At least 10 years working experience in production or quality fields.
- Internal auditor certificate holder and having internal audit experience will be preferred.
- Quality engineering experience in battery field and / or in automotive field is a plus.
- Be familiar with IATF16949 and be good at the use of quality tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
- Very good skill of usage 8D, fish bone, 5why, failure tree solve customer complaint issue.
- Good English skill, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Good at communication and personnel skill.
- Can be a good team player.

简介
⚡ 我们希望您具备的条件
- 大专或本科学历,机械/电子相关专业
- 至少 10 年生产或质量领域的工作经验。
- 持有内部审计员证书并有内部审计经验者优先。
- 有电池领域和/或汽车领域质量工程经验者优先。
- 熟悉 IATF16949,善于使用质量工具、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA。
- 熟练使用 8D、鱼骨、5why、失效树解决客户投诉问题。
- 良好的英语读写说能力。
