Mission
JOB DESCRIPTION
In full expansion, we are currently seeking a talented and passionate Customer Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for a better impact and ensuring our energy future.
You will be responsible for:
- Acknowledging receipt of intervention requests or customer alerts.
- Assisting the project with new integrations and monitoring new products at the factory site.
- Managing interventions at the customer’s site via After-Sales Service (SAV).
- Providing technical assistance to the customer by phone if necessary.
- Proposing actions for improvements to resolve technical problems encountered.
- Implementing security measures at the customer’s site.
- Managing interventions directly at the customer’s site in the case of serious non-conformities detected.
- Implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Driving continuous improvement.
- Representing Forsee Power to clients.
- Facilitating problem resolution following methods defined by Forsee Power or according to client requirements.
- Managing PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and updating the client portal.
- Managing customer non-quality costs.
- Organizing customer visits and meetings.
