JOB DESCRIPTION
In full expansion, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Application Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Lead a team of application engineers and support them in the completion of their tasks.
- Provide technical support to sales teams during RFI/RFQ phases on all products in production.
- Act as a technical lead on application projects (excluding Asia).
- Attend internal and client follow-up meetings for assigned projects.
- Ensure the delivery of deliverables associated with products and present them to clients.
- Monitor technical tasks and progress throughout the project duration.
- Discuss, translate, and follow up on all requests for adaptations of generic products for each assigned project (SW evolution, interface changes…)
- Configure and test products before delivery to the client.
- Conduct the product integration phase at the client’s site.
- Perform product validation tests in the client’s environment.
- Follow up with the client during the validation phase and facilitate communication with after-sales.
- Monitor team activities to meet workload requirements.
- Track team activity and performance through indicators.
- Implement and maintain necessary tools and documentation for the smooth operation of activities.
