Mission

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Supplier Quality Engineer  to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Conducting regular supplier performance score with relevant depts. And follow up corresponding actions.
• Leading the root cause analysis and corrective action plan for supplier defects.
• Be part of the NPI team to review / verify / validate the new components to insure safe transfer of new product to production.
• Creating the quality documentations for supplier quality relevant activities.
• Training of workers / inspectors to relevant quality standard on components.
• Implementing new supplier entrance audit and supplier regular audit and data analysis to anticipate potential risks on suppliers.
• Follow up the relevant job superior assigned.

Profile

⚡ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Bachelor degree, major related to mechanical / electronic.
• At least 5 years working experience in production or quality fields.
• Internal auditor certificate holder and having internal audit experience will be preferred.
• Quality engineering experience in battery field and / or in automotive field is a plus.
• Be familiar with IATF16949 and be good at the use of quality tools.
• Good English skill, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Good at communication and personnel skill.
• Can be a good team player.
