MAIN MISSIONS

• Participate in the definition, deployment and maintenance of the management system.
• Supports process managers in the deployment of their processes and organizations.
• Conducts process reviews.
• Conducts internal audits (planning, execution, follow-up of action plans).
• Manages the documentation system:
• Ensures overall consistency, homogeneity at Group level, and conformity of major documents with normative requirements.
• Supports and trains staff in the use of the EDM tool.
• Participates in Quality Management Reviews.
• Manages standards.
• Prepares and follows up external audits, monitors the implementation of associated action plans, carries out reporting.
• Proposes and implements actions to improve the system and/or simplify and/or harmonize practices and tools.

RESEARCH PROFILE:

• You are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as with the process approach.
• You are familiar with audit techniques.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are autonomous yet able to work as part of a team.
• Your ability to analyze and summarize enables you to deliver reliable results.
• You are recognized for your rigor, organization and ability to take a step back.
• You are able to make proposals to support the company’s development.
• You are available for occasional travel to our branches.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
• You have a BAC+3, BAC+5 in QHSE or equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience in operational quality and experience in quality systems.
