The Site Quality Manager carries out internal activities that contribute to the efficient delivery of these services:

• Provide methodological support for the integration of normative, regulatory, customer and Forsee Power system requirements for the various site departments.
• Provide methodological support in problem-solving and process control.
• Provide support and training in quality, regulatory and customer requirements and tools.
• Lead the quality problem-solving process.
• Lead the continuous improvement process in line with the objectives defined by site management (optimization of quality and non-quality costs).
• Plan the monitoring of internal processes by auditing procedures, processes and processes.
• Plan the monitoring of industrialization and manufacturing by implementing monitoring and control plans.
• Report to site management on department performance.
• Ensure the health and safety of employees, and the protection of the environment.
• Implement an experience capitalization process.
• Manage risks in accordance with the assessment methods and actions defined by the Group.

RESEARCH PROFILE

• Knowledge of quality tools (in particular 8D, 5S, PDCA, AMDEC risk analysis, MSP, PPAP),
• Knowledge of: Mechanical or electrical engineering, quality standards and processes,
• Negotiation skills,
• Synthesis skills,
• Working English,
• Reporting skills,
• Team management.
