The role of the Senior Production Team Leader is to be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of production, such as the 5s, efficiency, productivity, discipline.
After an induction period, you will be assigned the following tasks:
- Plan and facilitate work for the production team. Facilitates internal/external production activities.
- Monitor / push improvement from operator, production on site, follow up preventive actions, non-conformance activities, corrective actions, management of change.
- Participate the investigation of complain from customers.
- Assistance to QE with the disposal of the defect product，and confirm the requirement really be performed effectively.
- Insure production daily report to be done in time.
- Plan daily supplies & management. Especially BMS tester, welding machine.
- Delivery on time base on production planning, adjust all resource of operator with quality standard.
- Daily inspection of production line to ensure that problems are detected in advance and hidden dangers are eliminated: check list, temperature and humidity record, equipment check list, employee skill card, equipment abnormal record, etc.
- Feedback in time with action.
- Improve the team leaders, technicians, material pickers, test technicians’ skill.
- All the duties as assigned by superior and management.
We are looking for a person with the following skills:
- Technical secondary school or above graduates.
- Hardworking and willing to learn, have a strong ability to work under pressure.
- Has production supervisor working experience will be preferred.
You have at least 3 years working inspection experience.
