The Operator / Associates role is to upresponsible for the application of Ethical / Disciplinary rules and the work instructions & responsible for the QCDM performance of his/her zone.

Responsibilities:
• Safety And quality rules to be follow.
• Plan v/s actual should be 100%.
• Documentation maintain.

After an induction period, you will be assigned the following tasks:

• Ensuring Discipline on-line.
• Ensuring Rejection Clearance daily.
• Ensuring 5 ‘S’ at the start or end of the shift.
• To produce parts as per the process plan / control plan.
• To perform activities as instructed by the supervisor.
• To carry out inspection activities & recording the same in the relevant reports.
• Reporting The Non-Conformance to the Supervisor.
• Control Chart to be filled.
• Using PPE’s While Work.
