JOB DESCRIPTION

In full expansion, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Industrialization Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for :

• Supporting the industrialization pilot in his or her project activities.
• Define certain production resources and participate in their acquisition.
• Define production templates to guarantee quality. Have them produced.
• Produce product manufacturing documents (work instructions, product, machine).
• Participate in the production of project deliverables.
• Define certain control methods to be implemented on products and machines, to ensure that the process is capable of producing products in compliance with specifications, and to detect any defects.
• Set up production machines.
• Participate in the training of production personnel.

⚡ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• A passion for innovation and clean energy.
• A thirst for learning and pushing your limits.
• Knowledge of lean principles and production organization.
• Knowledge of automation, welding and assembly processes for mechanical and electronic products.
• Ability to manage quality issues (8D) and process FMEA.
• Effective communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to memorize technical and organizational information.
• 2/3 years’ higher education and/or relevant experience in the field of mechanics.
