JOB DESCRIPTION

In full expansion, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Industrial Rail Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in the design, optimization and organization of all technical solutions and production methods for our products.

As such, you will be responsible for :

• Evaluating product bundle assembly and production costs, as well as industrialization costs.
• Actively participating in the design of new products, and overseeing their development and industrialization.
• Guarantee manufacturing costs, lead times and product quality.
• Supervise the implementation of process FMEAs and contribute to productivity improvement.
• Design and optimize production resources in collaboration with production methods teams.
• Define the organization of the production line, supervise the activities of the methods and quality departments, and manage the pilot run for the launch of the first production runs.
• Auditing subcontractors, participating in the choice of suppliers and supervising the production resources set up by subcontractors, ensuring technical follow-up right through to ramp-up.

You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for a better impact and ensuring our energy future.

Regular travel required.

⚡ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• A passion for innovation and clean energy.
• A thirst for learning and pushing your limits.
• A mastery of lean principles and organization in production and knowledge of mechanical and electronic product assembly.
• A very good level of English.
• Mastery of SolidWorks (including PDM) and knowledge of SEE Electrical (Harness).
• Ability to manage quality issues (8D) and process FMEA.
• 5 years’ higher education in an industrial field.

Knowledge of the rail industry is an asset.
