The HR & Admin Supervisor role is to according to the company’s human resources planning, preparation requirement, responsible for making and implement recruitment plans.
After an induction period, you will be assigned the following tasks:
- Responsible for posting recruitment information, collecting and screening resumes, organising and conducting interviews, completing interview screening and assessment, completing candidate background checks and allocating suitable candidates for the team.
- Responsible for improving and optimizing the recruitment process, job descriptions, interview question banks, interview assessment tools, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing recruitment channels, using professional recruitment websites, headhunters, industry forums, network promotion, new media and other ways to find candidates.
- Campus recruitment project management, planning, implementation, recruitment, internship management, etc.
- Responsible for improving and optimising training management and staff development mechanisms, co-ordinating and implementing training research and planning, following up on the training process and evaluating the effectiveness of training.
- Responsible for optimising and integrating training resources, developing and maintaining training platforms/channels, promoting a learning environment and ensuring daily internal and external training is conducted.
- Establishttraining files.
- Responsible for promoting the implementation of talent inventory, successor plan, cadre training, mentor mechanism and annual special training.
- Employee relationship management.
- Develop and organize employee activities, build up and maintain company’s culture.
We are looking for a person with the following skills:
- Bachelor or above degree, majoring in HR management will be preferred.
- Clear mindset, strong execution ability, high work efficiency, strong sense of service.
- Well-organized and good team-work spirit.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- English: good at reading and writing, speaking is plus.
You have at least 5 years’ relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years recruitment and training experience, foreign company experience is preferred.
