JOB DESCRIPTION
In full expansion, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Embedded Software Service Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be in charge of technical software development for product ranges and customer-specific projects. As such, you will be responsible for :
- Ensuring the application of quality standards and procedures, and acting as a technical reference for the teams,
- Check specification, architecture and validation documents produced by your development team,
- Participate in design and development
- Guarantee the competitiveness of your department by carrying out costing,
- Contribute to product line roadmaps,
- Arbitrate, validate and guarantee the department’s technical software choices,
- Manage a department of 3 to 5 people and conduct individual interviews (objectives, training needs, etc.).

⚡ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- A passion for innovation and clean energy.
- A thirst for learning and pushing your limits.
- Mastery of programming languages: C and other scripting languages such as LUA, VBA, Python, Bash, with a thorough understanding of embedded processor architectures.
- Significant experience in the development of embedded applications and middleware, as well as in the design of real-time systems, in compliance with safety standards such as EN 50128 and EN 50657.
- Good knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, UART, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, etc., with the ability to solve communication problems and ensure effective interoperability.
- Experience in using development tools such as gcc, IAR, as well as configuration management with SVN, GIT, and the use of unit testing tools such as Cantata and Bug Finder.
- Advanced programming and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to carry out tests, simulations and system verification, guaranteeing the reliability and performance of embedded software.
- 5 years’ higher education in embedded electronics or computer science (Ecole d’Ingénieurs).
