“I’m passionate about innovative technical projects that focus on sustainable development”
What is your daily motivation?
I’m passionate about innovative technical projects that focus on sustainable development. I have the opportunity to learn and understand the technology content integral to our battery systems, including all aspects of electronics. Not to mention mechanical engineering, thermics and chemistry. It’s complex, but also really exciting!
What’s the working atmosphere like?
At Porte d'Ivry, where I’m based, the atmosphere is really friendly and mutually supportive. The battery systems we produce are technically complex, which requires an even greater level of interaction between colleagues than would normally be the case. The teams I work with are really keen to get ahead!
What do you see as your biggest challenge at Forsee Power?
My biggest challenge is to target performance and efficiency for the two quality systems I’m responsible for simultaneously on behalf of two very important customers. To achieve that, I know I can rely on the support of my manager who offers me guidance and advice whenever I ask him.
