During the visit by President François Hollande to Forsee Power’s manufacturing site, which was dedicated to employment and to presenting the new SME employment system1 , Forsee Power announced the recruitment of 15-20 employees on the basis of this system, out of the 50 recruitments planned for 2016.
Forsee Power’s recruitment plan of 100 employees by the end of 2017 is embedded in a major investment program, including seven R&D and industrialisation projects. The company is willing to strengthen its teams so as to support its growth rate, creating 50 new positions2 in 2016. These include 35 operators, and a further 50 in 2017. Forsee Power, a company that designs and integrates intelligent battery systems, went from 4 to 200 employees in less than four years, including 90 in France. The company expects to at least double its revenue in 2016.
