Forsee Power appoints Mathieu Darne
as Chief Financial Officer
Paris, May 19, 2020 - Forsee Power, the French specialist in smart battery systems for electric mobility, is accelerating its development and announces the appointment of Mathieu Darne as Chief Financial Officer. As of May 18, 2020, Mathieu Darne is responsible for finance, accounting, cash management, management control and the company's general secretariat. He joins the Group’s executive committee and reports directly to Christophe Gurtner, Chairman and CEO of the group.
A graduate of ESSEC business school, Mathieu Darne, 48, has strong financial expertise in the automotive equipment sector, with a real international background and a mastery of the challenges of external growth. He spent 20 years with Faurecia, where he was financial controller of industrial sites, transformation director, and held the position of financial director of the regional division in Asia. He also supervised financial audit missions of subsidiaries of French and foreign groups for PwC. With a dual Franco-Russian culture, Mathieu Darne spent ten years in expatriation in Russia, the Czech Republic, Thailand and China.
