Deliver European high-performance repair services and globally responsible of methods and tools. Scope is Heavy vehicle, light vehicle and Railways worldwide

 

After an induction period including training in our products, you will be given the following tasks:

+ Central management of European repair centers: Poitiers, Poland, Lyon

+ Prepare repair activities OPEX and CAPEX budget and deliver accordingly

+ Participate to prepare and create new repair centers worldwide

+ Develop a high performing repair team

+ Continuous improvement of repair processes

+ Involved in repair strategy definition for new products

+ Repair documentation

+ Global responsible for process, tools and methods (services provided by : Operation/Methods as a fist step)

+ Ensure configuration traceability and repair history over the systems lifetime

+ Prepare regular business reviews

 

We are looking for candidates with real technical expertise acquired in an industrial environment, a culture of operational excellence and a collaborative spirit, mastering the following skills:

+ Project management and project processes.

+ 3 years of Aftermarket experience in similar industry

+ Warranty contract understanding

+ Positive and solution-oriented mindset

+ Structured

+ Ability to interact in a constructive way within engineering team and project team
