Aftermarket engineering director

After an induction period including training in our products, you will be given the following tasks:

+ Management of After Market engineering

+ Prepare After Market engineering OPEX and CAPEX budget and deliver accordingly

+ Develop a high performing engineering team

+ Continuous improvement of engineering performances

+ Drive the definition of the repair strategy and impact on products requirements

+ Department in charge of:

• • Quality issue root cause analysis
  • Documents for AM product campaign decision
  • AM inputs to project and product development
  • Diag tool Business Owner and specify need and arbitrate budget for on board, at workshop and remote diagnostics
  • Training and manuals for repair and maintenance
  • Reparation kit definition
  • Preventive maintenance (strategy, plan and actions)
  • Engineering services for product in the field
  • Provide field data and bench measurements for feeding battery packs modeling
