Project Quality Engineer

After an integration period including training in our products, you will be entrusted with the following missions:

Ensure timely compliance with quality expectations contracted with the Customer on projects (delivered products and associated documentation).
Ensure that the product / process design is robust enough to allow production sites to respond reliably to customer expectations and internal objectives.
Alert in a preventive way and escalate to the right hierarchical level when there is a risk of not responding to the expected Customer or the expected Group.
Ensure compliance by the project team of product validation and manufacturing processes (validation plan, risk eradication plan, presentation of initial samples, full-speed tests …).
Develop the battery system quality assurance file (PPAP).
Monitor actions aimed at eradicating proven or potential quality risks.
Is the customer quality contact privileged in the project phases.
Ensure compliance with the SGP Project Management Methodology.
Follow the quality indicators set.
Check the deliverables before the phase reviews (Milestones).
Carry out prototype, pre-series and series surveillance plans if required.
Animate the FMEA product and process.
Define the component and product control and validation processes (Following AMDEC),
Support start-ups in production (Product quality reporting, coordination of the treatment of non-compliant).
Create the production line instruction sheets (control range, tracking sheet, OK start sheet, if necessary input controls based on potential risks, etc.), with the support of production teams.
Validate the means of controls in production (capability studies and R&R test).
Ensure that product / process modifications are recorded and followed up.
Respect the quality procedures put in place.
Has the authority to stop production in the event that a safety and / or regulatory risk has been detected on a product.

We are looking for a candidate with real technical expertise acquired in an industrial environment, a culture of operational excellence and a collaborative spirit, mastering the following skills:

Knowledge: APQP, ISO 9001 quality standards and process.
Quality risk management (Flash audit).
Project quality management.
Product quality management.
Project quality performance management.
Verification of controls, tests and diagnostics.
Cause tree, 8D, PDCA, FMEA, audit process, 5 Why, Ishikawa, statistical tools (MSA, SPC),…
Normative knowledge (R10, R100, ISO9001, etc…)
You are autonomous, creative, rigorous, with very good analytical skills
You are pro-active and results-oriented
You are proficient in Microsoft and have a professional level in English.
You are a graduate of an engineering school (or validated Bac +5) with a specialization in quality.
You have 5 years minimum experience in an industrial environment, on project quality functions.
